The client is WinDay.com, a new $100 million Internet company, led by Mr. Gary Plaster.
The WinDay.com team approached Shelron Internet last year with a revolutionary idea,
determined to be the most successful one-to-one marketing platform on the Internet.
WinDay.com looked at Internet advertising and recognized the market opportunity. Since
1992 world-class companies have paid large sums of money to advertise on the Internet,
but have had no measurement of the effectiveness of their outlay. Unlike newspaper, radio
and television advertising, until now, the Internet had no advertising strategy.

| Our mission was to develop a forum that would provide companies with real-value for their
Internet advertising budget - the only true pay-for-performance advertising platform - that
would attract thousands of vendors and millions of users.
WinDay needed an experienced and innovative Internet company who could provide accurate
and reliable feedback on the business and technological feasibility of such a project and develop
it to world-class standard. Our mission was to research and create the WinDay.com site, which
would be capable of supporting a great number of varied Winstakes (giveaways).
